# dev.hmr

- **类型：** `boolean`
- **默认值：** `true`

是否开启 Hot Module Replacement 热更新能力。

> 通过 [dev.client](/zh/config/dev/client.md) 可以配置 client 代码的 HMR 行为。

## 禁用 HMR

当 `dev.hmr` 设置为 `false` 时，热更新和 react-refresh 将被禁用，Rsbuild 会自动降级到 [dev.liveReload](/zh/config/dev/live-reload.md)。
